A healthy meal made by myself with custom-made raw meat for the grain poke and custom-made beef steak for the vegetable poke. Poke All Day. I like it because it’s close to my house~♡

The food is fresh and delicious!

[Built with my own money] I tried the new menu items, Poke Taco & Greek Yogurt! The portion size of the taco was not large, but it was easy to eat, and the taste was slightly salty rather than plain! If you eat Greek yogurt on its own, it's not sweet, but I liked it! Recommended for those who want to fill up on protein while dieting!

The facilities are clean and there is a diet snack zone, so it’s great for a variety of uses!😍

I visited the store to get takeout of the poke. Poke All Day is a must for dieters! They also sell snacks and have a lot of menu items, even if it's not pokemon!

A new balance box was released as a new menu for Poke All Day, and I enjoyed the tofu and mushroom balance box. It was a cutting balance box that allowed me to enjoy the healthy and well-flavored charcoal! It tastes good and is light, so it's great to enjoy before and after exercise.

I went to Poke All Day to exercise and eat healthy! It's definitely burnt and so delicious~~~!! I think I can lose weight healthily if I just eat like this.

Poke All Day Tofu Tofu Sushi, a healthy meal in itself, is really filling! The mini buckwheat pasta is also quite generous. The vegetables are plentiful and the flavor is excellent.

Because it was spring, I visited for a light and healthy meal. I will come again next time with a variety of menu items!!
