This is Bongjesan, a small mountain in my neighborhood that I go to three times a week! It's a good place to get some light exercise, and there are two small shops so you can take a break. In particular, the Forest of Contemplation is full of pine trees, so it smells good and releases phytoncide, so I recommend it!

I walked to Damsoteo_Azalea Garden_Beacon Tower_Alder Tree Rest Area_Sanmeoru Park_Jangsu-dong Mineral Spring_Singok Elementary School_Gangseo Multipurpose Gymnasium_Sun Square_Starlight Square_Deoburi Rest Area. The forest path in the mountains is well maintained, making it great for a light walk.

On a weekday afternoon, there were many elderly people exercising and people walking their dogs. There aren't many stairs on the trail and the difficulty level is easy. There is a lot of shade, so it's worth walking even in the middle of the day. It's a road that goes up and down without any particular view points, and there are many restrooms and mineral springs along the trail.

Today I came to Bongjesan Mountain. It's not a gentle mountain, but the top is low so it's good to climb. People come here to exercise quite a bit. I drank iced grapefruit tea for 1,000 won before and iced grapefruit tea for 2,000 won. They made it with grapefruit syrup and even put a lot of ice in it. The lady was kind. The old man told me to sit down and eat it. It wasn't sweet on the top, but it was sweet on the bottom of the paper cup. I drank only the bottom part. You can also walk a lot barefoot. I tried to film without people, but the video was out of focus. I'm out there. If you're a beginner, this is how you learn. I haven't been to Mt. Bongje for a while, but now that I'm here, I'm out of breath.

It's Bongjesan Mountain again. It's a low mountain, but it's not easy at all. They say that if you climb Bongjesan Mountain for 100 days, you can also climb Bukhansan Mountain. Let's give it a try! Completed on day 1. Since it is a local mountain, many people come with their families. Old couples, seniors, middle-aged people, and young people all go for a walking exercise. Some come with their dogs. When the fallen pine needles dry, you step on them and they are quite soft. If you climb hard, you will sweat and it will be cold. Your hands will be sore... tea or coffee. There is also a place halfway up the hill where you can grab a quick bite to eat.

It's raining and wet, but Bongje Mountain has a pleasant scent as you walk! Although it is not a high mountain, it is good for walking as there are many courses of one kind or another.
