We stayed for 5 days in a row, stayed Monday and Tuesday, and on Wednesday evening, there was a cigarette smell, so we inquired the next morning. He said he would change the room, and as I was on business, a slightly senior-looking person said, "There's no way it smells like cigarettes. It's strange that it smells suddenly." He didn't listen to the situation and just said what he wanted to say. The person who said he would change the room said he would upgrade it to a higher level, but I heard him say in full, "There's no need to give me a deluxe, just change the room." I went into the room and asked for a change because it wasn't as good as the dryer in the room I was using, and he sighed and said he was checking in later. I didn't feel good when he said he would check. The air conditioning wasn't even as good as the existing room, so it was hot in the evening. I slept for just one more day, but I didn't feel good.
