I came to Nakseongdae to eat mackerel ramen. I often hear about fish, shellfish and meat in ramen, but I came here after hearing that mackerel was used. Even though mackerel was not used as a garnish, it had a strange mackerel flavor and did not smell fishy.

It's a place I've always been curious about, so it was nice to be able to visit with a friend for a special meal!! All the food is absolutely delicious, and just the thought of being able to put that piece of sushi in my mouth is ecstatic. Be sure to eat mackerel sushi

It's been a while since I visited Oji. The new menu is delicious and the signature menu is just as good. It's a shame I can't come often because it's far from home, but I'm always satisfied.
It's an izakaya and they started selling ramen, so I came here. Mackerel ramen, 12,000 won. Toppings include 3 pieces of char siu and spinach? It was nothing more than fried garlic, shredded green onions, and chopped onions. There is no such thing as mackerel meat, menma, or eggs. No ordering options. The salinity is not high and the noodles are cooked well. The soup is not like a chicken base with a little bit of mackerel, but it feels like real mackerel has been properly ground. The intuitive taste of mackerel, similar to canned mackerel, lingers in your mouth. It feels a bit like eating a mackerel version of fish porridge. It's not fishy or anything and the balance is good. However, due to the nature of the raw materials, it seems a bit maniacal. If you like mackerel, it's worth a try. I enjoyed it.

I visited because I was curious and heard that they make mackerel ramen. At first, the smell of mackerel is unfamiliar, but after taking about three spoons, your tongue will get used to it and it will taste delicious. The char siu is also very good. It is also highly recommended to vary it with pepper and lemon vinegar. The one and only mackerel ramen is really attractive and delicious.

I heard that mackerel ramen was served at an izakaya that only serves dinner, so I stopped by and it was very delicious. Personally, I think it’s better than Hapjeong’s Irie Ramen?? Of course, people who don't like mackerel or fish won't like it, but anyone who likes fish will enjoy it.
I visited on a ramen all day (ramen only day). The mackerel ramen is well balanced and I don't think there will be any likes or dislikes. Even though it wasn't a spicy ramen with a strong umami flavor, it was delicious enough, probably because you have good basic cooking skills. Gentle softness. It tastes even better if you add lemon vinegar! The vinegar was a kick. I think if we evolve a bit and handle niboshi ramen, more customers will come... but since you also run an izakaya, it must be physically difficult. The staff were very friendly.

It was an izakaya that I loved since I was in school, and when I heard that they had started serving mackerel ramen, I rushed over!! I really like ramen, and the combination of fish-based ramen, truffle tamago, and lemon vinegar was great. The mackerel sushi was my favorite, and I was able to enjoy it with shimesaba, so it was paradise...😽😽 Next time, I'll come to try the bisque abura! Please keep doing business for a long time haha
It's great because you can definitely feel the charm of mackerel ramen, which is different from anchovy ramen. The menchi katsu is delicious, so I’m curious about the dinner menu as well. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. I ate it gratefully.
It doesn't taste fishy at all, and the umami is incredible! Still, it seems the owner put a lot of thought into making it easier for people sensitive to fishiness, with lemon vinegar and the shiso in the shiso rice helping to cover it even more. The egg is also delicious, with a strong truffle aroma and a nicely savory seasoning. The menchi katsu has two kinds of cheese, mozzarella and cheddar, and it's crispy and tasty. If this were near my home, I’d come often.
