It's been a while since I visited because I wanted to eat tripe. The retro atmosphere was nice and every single part of tripe was delicious. The staff were also friendly and nice.

I ate assorted stones, but since I ate a variety of parts, I never got tired of it and it was so delicious! I ate fried rice and was completely full. It's a retro restaurant, so it's great for a drink!

I went to Hapjeong gopchang restaurant, Dolhwang Beef Gopchang. Once you prepare it, the staff will keep an eye on it, so you can taste it at the right time. On the first plate, they gave me a portion of Hongchang, so I tried it and fell in love with the savory and chewy texture, so I immediately ordered one portion and tried it!!! The whole thing was delicious without any unpleasant smell.. Especially the Daechang was not too greasy and was just right for my taste. The fried rice at the end was also perfect.. It's for one person, but they served it like two people.👍🏻👍🏻

Hapjeong Station Gopchang Restaurant Dolhwang Beef Gopchang👍 I visited through a friend's recommendation, and wow, this place is really steamed. The tripe is so fresh and full of tripe. No matter how delicious the tripe is, I think this place is tier 1. I tried it for the first time because I had never heard of Hongchang and Jira. Why is Jira so delicious? I fell in love with Hongchang's unprecedented chewiness. 3 people ate 5 servings, 4 people drank soju, and 3 servings of cheese fried rice ended up scraping the bottom. I don't think it was enough🤣 Everyone said it was so delicious that they remembered it the next day, so I decided to come back soon and it was so delicious that I kept thinking about it when I got home.

If you order assorted tripe, if you order assorted stone, liver, cheonyeop, and jira are provided as a service, and it is really nice that they even serve Hongchang. After eating tripe, cheese sari fried rice is not an option, it is a must!
