I visited on an anniversary, and since it was a weekday dinner course, there weren't many people and the atmosphere was really nice. Even though I visited late in the day, I was able to eat comfortably thanks to the friendly staff, and the steak was satisfying in both cooking and taste.

Considering the completeness of the food, I am definitely satisfied. The steak is juicy and cooked well, and the sides are also faithful to the basics. However, the service is not excessive, nor does it feel very friendly. The atmosphere is closer to that of a comfortable restaurant rather than the delicate hospitality typical of fine dining. This is a good steakhouse to choose when you want to focus on the taste rather than formality.

We visited after making a reservation for a weekend lunch for our wedding anniversary - the iceberg salad served for the 10th anniversary event had a fragrant feta cheese flavor and was delicious! We ate 780g porter steak with additional sides, and it was cooked just right and was perfect for two people to eat 😋😋😋

I took my mom with me because I heard it's one of the top three steaks in Seoul. I went to BLT with Wolfgang in the U.S. and was curious about what Bolt was like. I only reserved a table, so I couldn't order the lunch set. I recommend paying in advance at Catch Table for the steak. The steak was 780 grams of dry-aided porter, and the side was spinach. Salad was free due to the Instagram review event. As expected, the meat was delicious. I think it would be better if you go on a special day.
