It's clean and really nice. But now that we’re separated, I don’t think I’ll ever visit. Thank you for leaving me good memories.

They are friendly :) The bedding was soft so it was okay! However, it is somewhat noisy, so people with sensitive skin may find it difficult.

음 일단 직원분들은 너무 친절해요 근데 시설이 오래된걸 떠나서 부분부분 수선할곳이 너무 많거 각 층마다 복도 카펫도 다 울어서 캐리어끌기도 너뮤 힘들고 다음에 또 가게 될일이 있다면 좀 그런모습은 안보고 싶네요 조식은 필요한것들만 있고 좋아요

I'm writing a serious review... I usually stay at hotels a lot, but I've only stayed at Bonvoy Marriott affiliates, but this was my first time staying at Guro. I'll write the truth about what I felt. Pros: It's almost 7 pyeong compared to nearby brand hotels, and although it's not as big and separate, the rooms are large and separate, so it's great for traveling with babies. The downside and the advantage is that the only baby-related products are bed guards, but they are sturdy. And the staff are very friendly. Disadvantage: I booked and visited the most spacious accommodation (Grand), but it is located on the top floor, the 21st floor, and it is hot enough to negate all the strengths of the accommodation... I recommend not coming in the summer. When I checked in, they mentioned a fan, so it felt cold, but it was really hot... Be sure to keep this in mind when making a reservation.

I've been to many places in Mapo, Gwanghwamun, and Yeosu, and this was my second time in Guro, but the breakfast was the worst... The female employee who made Vietnamese rice noodles was very unfriendly... The cabbage and bean sprouts were completely pale and smelled bad, and there was no replacement until they came out... It's serious.
