I experienced abuse of power by an employee at a luxury store that I had only heard about. I don't know much about the features of Hermes products because I'm busy with my job, but the employee loudly explained to me that I didn't understand the product description as if I was being scolded. Even when I made the purchase, there was no condition check, and there was no business card exchange with the customer service staff. I always buy Hermes from overseas, so I didn't know that the domestic staff were so cold and divided on customers. It was a good experience.
