I came to Guro today and stopped by because I was craving kimchi stew in the cold weather. These days, it's rare to find places that use domestic ingredients. lol. The taste of aged kimchi is excellent. Next time, I'll make a reservation for packaging.

Last week, I tried steamed kimchi with aged kimchi, and it was so delicious that I came back again. Discovering a restaurant hidden in Guro Digital Complex. lol. The collaboration of deeply aged kimchi broth and delicious side dishes is truly amazing. The essence of mathematics = The essence of kimchi stew. Two servings of aged kimchi stew are packaged. ^^

I don't recommend the kimchi stew set for one person. It's a menu I like so much that I visited it even though it was far away. If you add 2,000 won, you get spam and a fried egg. It's really just a rough paste. The only thing that stands out is that when you turn the spam over, it's all burnt and the only thing that says sausage is a pink sausage. ㅜㅜ The owner is a really nice person and the side dishes are really delicious, but I don't think the spam and sausage are real, so I'm leaving a review ㅜㅜ First of all, the kimchi stew is really delicious. If you don't work nearby, you can eat without waiting if you go after 1:30. There is a break time, so avoid 3 to 5 o'clock.

Chamjinjeong Kimchi Jjim stopped by Guro Digital Complex for lunch. Made with domestic aged kimchi and Korean pork, the taste of sourness and sweetness neatly combined is truly impressive. It has a deep flavor that reminds me of the Omori kimchi stew that I used to enjoy, and I was able to enjoy it even more abundantly because it was especially fun to cut the old kimchi that was put in the whole with scissors and eat it. The store is clean and the owner is friendly, making it a recommended place for both meals and company dinners.

The staff and the owner are constantly checking to see if anything is missing and are very friendly😍 I think it would be a good idea to try eating and drinking alone!! It's tuna kimchi stew, but the broth is so weak that it feels like a stew. The side dishes are good and delicious.

I've been going here often since I lived in Guro, so I got takeout. The owner is so kind and really nice. I used to come here since it was in the basement, but since they moved to a new location, it's really busy and there are so many customers. I've always thought it would be nice for business to do well. I feel even better because business is doing so well. Boss, please stay healthy and continue your business for a long time!
