공덕 식빵 맛집 🍞 가격은 초큼 비싸지만, 패키지도 이쁘고 맛도리에용!!

공덕역 6번 출구 바로 앞에 위치한 황인상 브레드. 생활의 달인 방송에도 나온 명장 황인상 파티시에가 일본에서 쌓아온 40년 전통 기술로 매일 정성껏 굽는 64겹 데니쉬 식빵으로 정말 유명한 곳. 플레인 데니쉬 식빵 하프 사이즈로 3개 구매 했는데 식빵을 전용 박스에 포장해 줘서 상태도 깔끔하고 선물용으로도 좋아 보였어요. 식빵 맛도 겉은 바삭하면서도 안은 촉촉하고 부드럽고 64겹이 살아 있어 층마다 고소한 버터 풍미가 풍부하게 느껴졌고 식감도 일반 식빵과는 확실히 다르네요! 그냥 먹어도 넘 맛있어서 맛있는 식빵 먹고 싶을 때 또 사러 갈게요.

약속 전에 시간이 남아 카페 검색 중 찾게 되어 방문했는데 진짜 잘했네요! 플레인도 맛있지만 호두시나몬은 지금도 냄새가 솔솔! 진짜 맛있습니다! 집과는 반대 방향이지만 퇴근길에 빵사러가야겠습니다!

Famous for their special bread 🍞. The crumb has dozens of layers — super high-density. You can feel the care in the dough and the fermentation process. Loaded with butter so the flavor is rich — buttery and sweet. ▫️ Got the plain bread and the walnut cinnamon bread. At 2️⃣pm some items were already sold out.. Picked up my order and it felt way heavier than normal bread. That's how dense it is..! But even the plain one is on the sweet side. Not sure it'd become my everyday go-to. ▫️ Located in an officetel building near Gongdeok Station. 2 hours free parking. The person at the counter was sharp and sweet. #breadgoals

Back in Mapo after a long time. If you're in Gongdeok-dong, Hwang In-sang Bread is an absolute must-stop. One bite of the 64-layer Danish bread and you're hooked — the tragic beginning of never being satisfied with any other bread again 😅 The soft yet chewy texture makes a half-loaf disappear in no time. Bought 4 plain loaves on the way back — already devoured one and a half in the car, finished the rest at home 😅😅 This place is a whole new world of bread. I'd call it the luxury brand of the Pullman bread world. I'd checked out the Songdo branch when it opened, but coming back to the Gongdeok flagship feels more exciting somehow. So worth showing up early before they sell out. The combination of that tender crumb and crispy crust is a joy for the eyes AND the mouth — I'm happy every single time. The signature plain bread is light, soft, and moist. The slightly crispy crust makes it even better. The coffee isn't too strong, so it's easy to have in the afternoon. There's an E-Mart nearby, so I think I'll want to stop by again after grocery shopping.
