I ask that the old female staff at the front desk be trained again from the beginning to teach customer service. They were not equipped with the basics properly. From making reservation check mistakes and cutting off customers to not saying a word of apology as expected, their attitude was very unpleasant and damaged the hotel's image badly. They marked it as a hotel and acted like a barbarian at an inn. They were not as experienced as they should be for their age. If you work in service, it should be basic to at least listen and respond to what customers say, but close your mouth first and listen. It seems like you can't open it. Other than that, the other staff and facilities are good.
