The place is super clean and well-organized. The owner was really kind and attentive which made it even better. Food was delicious — I'll definitely be coming back! The yurin katsu has a crispy outside and juicy inside with a sweet-tangy yuringi sauce on top, zero greasiness all the way through. There's a subtle kick too so you can't stop eating! Great if you love fried + tangy combos, plus it comes with udon noodles to mix in. The spicy kyuniku udon — one sip of that broth and the heat hits you, blending perfectly with the meaty umami. It's spicy but more of a crave-worthy kind, and the udon noodles pair perfectly. Would be amazing for hangover recovery — similar vibe to chadol jjamppong or spicy rice noodle soup!
