오늘 엄마 생신이었는데 예전에 너무 맛있게 드신 기억이 있어 찹쌀떡 사드렸어요 그 찹쌀떡이냐며 너무 좋아하셨어요 안에 앙금이 가득차 있어서 배부릅니다 다른 빵도 맛있어 보여요

I’ve been a customer for 7 years, and I was left speechless by these ridiculous responses. 1. I bought my wife a tiramisu cake for her birthday, but there was liquid pooled on the cake like it was leaking. When I called, they said they had already left work, and when I explained again the next day, they rambled on saying it could be like that. So I took it over and told them to taste it themselves, and they refunded me the next day. Not a single word of apology for ruining her happy birthday cake. I let that one go. 2. Yesterday, I bought a pecan pie cake for another birthday... sigh, it had the same problem. I called, and they said it could happen. They said that without even looking at it. I told them I’d bring it by tomorrow so they could taste it. 3. Then the owner called and basically scolded me as if I had eaten it all and was only complaining now. I recorded the call too. Last time, they said they had replaced it because it was only slightly damp. I was so absurdly annoyed that I asked the person next to me whether they had actually tasted it themselves. They said they hadn’t. This time, let’s taste it first and talk about it together.
