오늘은 아보카도 사워도우 토스트를 찍어보았어요! 재료 아끼지 않으시는 바타드 사장님 쵝오!

서초 남부터미널 브런차 카페인 바타드브레드가 치아바타와 포카치아 샌드위치 맛집이라고 해서 방문했는데 정말 너무 맛있었고 하나만 먹어도 배가 부를정도였어요. 한 끼 든든한 식사로도 좋을 것 같습니다

기다리는 동안 부엌을 좀 봤는데 썩 청결하다는 느낌을 못받았는데.. 샌드위치 맛 자체도 실망스러웠어요. 피스타치오 모르타델라 샌드위치가 유명하대서 시킨건데, 제일 중요한 모르타델라에서 냄새가 좀 나더라고요. 재방문 의사 없습니다.

통밀빵 있어서 좋아요 나오는 데 시간 조금 걸려요

포카치아 샌드위치가 급 땡겨서 방문했는데 일단 양이 저엉말 많아요. 리코타랑 루꼴라 이렇게 많이 넣는 곳은 흔치 않다고 생각합니다. 구매하고 한두시간 지나서 먹어서 그런가 기름기도 내려오고 빵 식감이 질겨져서 아쉬웠어요. 신선식품이니만큼 되도록 사자마자 먹는 게 좋을 듯. 피스타치오 페스토도 야무지게 들어있는데 바질이어도 잘 어울릴거 같아요. 암튼 포만감은 최고인 샌드위치예요. 근데 샌드위치를 종이봉투에 덜렁 주는 것보단 배달처럼 통에 넣어주시면 참 좋을 것 같네요~처음 받아보고 당황했어요.

The spicy eggplant sandwich is truly amazing! The owner is a certified sandwich master!!! But today's mac and cheese... it came out microwaved and was hard, which shocked me. The tiny amount of cheese on top was also surprising. The mac and cheese was really disappointing. Maybe they were just too busy today... But the seed sourdough I brought home was loaded with seeds and toasted to nutty perfection! Seriously delicious^^* I'm always perfectly satisfied but today was a bit of a letdown...

This place is a real neighborhood delivery gem, but this time I ate the eggplant parmesan sandwich in-store. The eggplant was good but porchetta is still #1 in my heart. When you get sandwiches delivered the wrapping paper gets soggy which is a bummer, but eating in-store it was fresher and cleaner. Nice and quiet for solo dining, and the salted caramel sogeumbang I got for dessert was pure bliss. Curious about the other pastries too. So delicious — I love this place and hope it stays the same for a long time.
