노원 토박이에 전문 혼밥러인 제가 노원지역에서 제일 좋아하는 일본라멘집입니다. 어디선가, 일본라멘은 원래 면발이 꼬들꼬들하면서 툭툭 끊기는 맛이 있어야 진짜라는 설을 본 적이 있는데요, 제가 아는 곳들 중에서는 여기가 그러한 일본라멘 면발을 가장 잘 구현하는 곳입니다. 저는 원래는 온리 돈코츠라멘파였는데요, 최근에 얼큰한 국물이 먹고 싶어서 한 번 새로운 것에 도전하는 마음으로 시켜본 카라이라멘이 너무 맛있어서, 그 뒤로 요즘은 카라이라멘 한우물만 파고 있습니다. 엄청 매운걸 좋아하실 분들에게는 전혀 맵지 않을 맛인데요, 참깨라면과 신라면의 중간정도 맵기인 것 같습니다. 여기 새우튀김도 엄청 맛있는데요, 오늘은 튀김만두를 시켜봤습니다. 양은 제게는 살짝 적은 감이 있어서, 저는 항상 면과 육수를 추가합니다.
