Visited the showroom while shopping for a newlywed mattress! They had a detailed questionnaire so the staff gave really tailored explanations. Comfortable atmosphere to try out mattresses and made our purchase decision!

입장하자마자 슬리퍼와 옷걸이, 물이 준비되어 있어서 배려심이 좋다고 느꼈습니다. 상담 해주시는 분이 너무 친절하게 설명해주시고 누워보는 것도 편하게 체험 가능했습니다. 누울땐 부담스럽지 않게 자리 피해주시는 센스에 반했습니다. 감사합니다! 덕분에 좋은 매트리스 구매할 수 있었어요☺️

점장님도 처음에 설명해주셨던 직원분까지도 모두 친절하고 정성으로 손님을 대해주시는 모습이 너무 감사하고 감동이였어요 전주에는 남자친구 혼자 가서 사람들이 엄청 많았다고 햇는데 이번주는 사람들이 적어서 너무 감사하게도 원하는만큼 볼수 있었어요 감사합니다

아이들과 함께 부부가 사용할 침대를 보러 반문하였고, 17:30에 예약해서 한시간만 보려 했는데 자세한 설명과 좋은 품질 덕에 제 고민이 너무 깊어져서..매장 마감시간까지 있었네요ㅜㅜ 아이들이 돌아다녀서 힘드셨을텐데 싫은 내색 없이 편안하게 대해주셔서 감사했고, 고민이 되어 오래 걸려도 차분하고 편안하게 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다! 구매 한 침대가 얼른 와서 편안하게 자고프네요~!

아기침대 엘라비아 S6구매하러 매장 방문 했어요~ 아기옆에서 같이 자게될수도 있을거같아 이왕사는거 좋은거 사주려고 찾아봤는데 양면으로 쓸수 있어서 오래오래 쓸 수 있더라구요! 첨부터 좋은거 사서 오래쓰는게 나을거같아 쇼룸에서 누워봤는데 역시 너무 좋더라고요신혼때 침대도 여기서 사서 믿음이 갔어요 글구 신혼침대사고 재구매여서 침구에뿌리는 필로우스프레이 ( 10만원 ) 같이 주셨는데 냄새 너무 좋아요 ㅋㅋ!!! 시트러스향인데 왠만한 제품보다 더 좋은듯!! 그리고 친절하게 잘 설명해주시고 편안하게 볼 수 있게 해주셔서 좋았습니다!! 강추!!

The person explaining it was very kind and explained it well, so I listened to the explanation very comfortably and lay down on the mattress a lot!!

I visited the Nowon Experience Center after making a reservation. I tried Best Sleep Z7 and Caroline products with great interest. I tried out various lineups, but I liked the Z7 product by my standards. They responded kindly and explained things to me, so I signed a contract. I look forward to it being delivered quickly.

Bought from the Nowon showroom when I got married and loved it so much, came back for a baby mattress! Great explanation as always, reasonable prices — highly recommend!

I've purchased from other showrooms before but this was my first visit to the Nowon branch. The male staff member was so kind and helpful that I could try things comfortably and made a purchase. Thank you!
