I came here for a sweet dessert. As I walked over to order on the kiosk, a staff member suddenly rushed over and cut in front of me. I thought something urgent had come up, so I waited, but they were just marking a few items as sold out. They didn't ask for understanding or even say to wait, so I was annoyed after waiting so long. Then when I tried to order, the kiosk screen wasn't even the ordering screen. What was I supposed to do...? In the end, I ordered directly from a staff member. I wish they had just said, 'Could you wait a moment? I need to take care of something and will help you order soon.' Or they should have handled that after taking orders first.
