I happened to visit Weski House in Nonhyeon-dong. It was the best aged raw fish I've ever had. The stew was also very good!! I think it will become a regular restaurant for souksukhoe..^^ I will come back and try the various menu items.

The yuzu sorbet, which was made in-house, was refreshing and sweet, making it a perfect dessert to end the meal. It was a satisfying meal because not only the interior but also the bathroom was clean and everyone who served us was friendly.

Trang Blue 1647 is a French wine bar that is perfect in everything. From the interior inspired by the Orient Express that traveled between Paris and Istanbul, you can taste the wine and food of sommelier Park Soon-seok, who has experience in everything from grape farming to wine making in Slovakia, and chef Hong Han-gyeol, who learned the basics at the French National Culinary Institute and gained skills and experience at a Michelin restaurant in Paris. It was a rich and satisfying time without any regrets, with polite and classy service and beautiful cuisine that was full of personality and taste.💕 It would be hard to find a better place to go for a date or anniversary, as well as to enjoy delicious wine and food in a pleasant way. The wine bar I went to before has been renovated into a sashimi + whiskey house... The raw fish and sashimi are very fresh and delicious. Steamed mosi clams are the perfect snack with a glass of soju. There was no suitable place nearby to host guests, but I will make sure to use it often. The sherbet you gave me left me feeling refreshed. Please serve me even better next time~~~
