위치가 좋았던 하오호텔~ 방이동에서 젤 저렴하고 가성비가 좋았어요^^

서울에 올때 가성비있게 머물기 좋아요

침대 매트리스가 너무 딱딱해요ㆍ

저희는 18시 30분 퇴실이여서, 30분전부터 퇴실준비를 하려고 했습니다. 그러나 자고 있는 중에 대머리사장님께 부재중전화가 여러번 왔고, 18시 00분에 퇴실시간이라고 나가라고 하시더라고요. 우선 당장에 상황파악은 안돼서 급히 잠에 깨어 준비도 못하고 나갔고 로비에서 퇴실시간이 18시 30분으로 된 부분을 보여주면서 어디가 18시 퇴실이라고 기재가 되어있냐 라고 말씀드렸더니, 본인들이 잘못 보신거더라고요..^^ 그래서 30분 일찍 퇴실 당했습니다 반말 찍찍하면서 그렇게 불친절하시던 사장님께서 무려 눈도 마주치지않고 죄송하다면서 원래 저희 시간이었던 '30분'을 선심 쓰시듯이 더 주시겠다네요 ㄷㄷ!! 이외에도 나무젓가락 요청에 반말로 여기가 식당이냐면서 알아서 가지고 오시라고 하시더라고요..^^

진짜 리뷰 잘 안쓰는데 빡침을 참을수없어서 쓴다 숙박 벌레만 안나왔지 허름한건 그렇다쳐도 방음안되고 침구 불편하고 난방도 안 되는데 벽에 구멍뚫린것도 그대로임 아침일정때문에 잠만자려고 간거라 화장실은 안써봐서모르겠는데 자려는데 비염에 온갖알러지가 올라와서 도저히 참을수가 없었고, 도저히 잘수가없어서 찜질방이낫겠다싶어서 얘기하니까 알뜰하게 대실비 내고가래서 이 리뷰를 쓸수있게됨 뭐..두시간동안 자려고 애쓰면서 알러지참기 셀프로 유료 고문체험한것과 별반 다르지않은 시간을 보내고 새벽1시에 나오니 진짜 즐거웠습니다 대박!!! 출장많이다녀서 크게 실패해본적이 없는데 역대최대의 실패였고 가격이든 뭐든 어떤이유로든 여기 가려는사람은 다시 생각해보길 몹시 권장하고싶음 뭘 봤어도 사진빨일것임

The bedding was dirty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, the electric blanket was broken, and it was pretty bad.

First time writing a review but while the facilities are whatever, the owners were incredibly rude and I wish they wouldn't run a business like that. I lost the key and apologized, offered to pay for it, but they demanded 100,000 won saying the whole door lock needs replacing. I said okay, replace it and send me the bill and I'll cover it. Then they threatened to call the police. They know it doesn't cost 100K themselves, so they couldn't go through with that, but demanded an unreasonable amount for a key copy or door lock that I know the price of. I paid in the end because I didn't want to deal with it anymore, but even fancy hotels only charge 10-20K for a room key. From the very first interaction their attitude was off-putting — they really need to learn basic manners for running a service business. Please take these reviews to heart and improve.
