바쁜 시간대도 아니었습니다. 리뷰를 달아야겠다고 생각할 만큼 불친절했습니다. 친절함까지는 바라지 않았습니다만, 기본도 안되어있는 말투가 여러 손님께 향하더군요. 알바 두 분 끼리는 하하호호 웃으며 떠드시던데, 손님한테 그 어투의 반이라도 보여주셨으면 합니다. 진상손님한텐 세게 나가는게 맞지만, 일반 손님 모두한테 화내듯이 얘기하면 안되죠~ 감사합니다라거나 안녕히가세요 등의 인사는 기대하지도 않았지만 불편한 경험이었습니다.

해피 오더 앱에 공차가 있길래 해피 포인트도 당연히 사용할 수 있을 줄 알고 매장 방문해서 여쭤보니 ‘공차 앱 맞아요?’ ‘저희는 제휴 매장 아니에요 애초에 안 써요‘ 이러면서 무슨 못 물어볼 거 물어본 것도 아니고, 당연히 오더 앱엔 공차가 있으니까 고객 입장에선 쓸 수 있나보다 할 수 있는 거 아닌가요? 말투부터 너무 불친절하고 기분이 개나빴음 심지어 캐리어 여부 물어보는데 캐리어 넣어줘요? 이러는데 무슨...저한테 선심쓰세요? 다시는 안 가고 싶은 매장입니다 ;; 걍 시간 써서 다른 지점 감

알바생이 이마에 11자 긋고 일해요. 음료 좀 제발 시키지 말았으면 하는지 안내하는 말투가 불편해요. 어디 무서워서 음료 시킬까 싶네요. 수요일 낮 12시반에 방문했어요.
