토~일 숙박 예약했고 체크인시간 오후 10시 체크아웃 정오에 했습니다. 쉬려고 보니 침구에 오염이 심각했고 혹시 지워지지 않는 오염인데 오해하여 컴플레인걸기 조심스러워서 물로 지워보았는데 너무나 바로 지워 지더군요. 대실하시고 침구 교체를 안하시나요? 프론트에 침구 교체해달라고 말씀 드렸는데 미안하다는 소리 한마디라도 하셨으면 제가 이해해드렸을 것 같은데 오히려 당당하신 태도에 제가 말 못할 요구를 했나? 생각했네요. 침구 교체 하는 20-30분 동안 밖에 나갔다 왔는데도 사과 한 말씀 없으신 그 태도에 후기를 결심 했습니다:) 침구 교체후 이불은 깨끗했지만 배게는 여전히 오염이 심했고 사진첨부했습니다. 욕실에 담배쩌는 냄새나고 충전기는 고장나서 왜있나 싶구요. 화장실 배수구도 막혀서 욕조처럼 물이 차올라요
