Tried this pharmacy because it's next to Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital. Who knew the meds would have side effects? Spent over 200,000 won for 3 months' worth of medicine that I couldn't even take. They said prescription meds can't be refunded per pharmacy law, so 200K worth of brand-new meds went straight to the trash. I understand that bulk or mixed medications could have air exposure issues making refunds difficult, but sealed individually packaged, unopened boxes not being refundable is really frustrating. The pharmacy law feels disconnected from reality. This needs to be fixed. I'm not blaming the pharmacy. Honestly if it were 10-20K won I'd have just tossed them, but it's just too much money to stay quiet about. Lesson learned — I'll try 2 weeks' worth first before getting long-term prescriptions.
