I see the snowy scenery at Baldala Park. After the heavy snow on March 18th, I captured the beautiful scenery on the way to the early morning exercise.

It's a small park right behind the house. It's right behind my house, so I often go for a walk when I have time. It's good for a walk, good for running, and the red clay road is good, so walking barefoot seems to be good for your health.

Sole Park is a great place to take a walk! It is an even more impressive place because you can feel the four seasons. It seems like a precious space where you can spend time with your pets and family.

It's good to exercise

Sole Park in Banghak-dong is being reorganized. Construction will continue until January 10, 2026. I look forward to the completion of Yepon Park.

Currently, most of the red clay road and general trails are under construction, but the fall foliage is at its peak. Although the section is not wide, maple trees are concentrated in some parts of the trail, so they are colorful in red, yellow, orange, green, and purple. It is the most worth seeing in the vicinity. I think this week will be the last time to see the fall foliage here. Visit while the weather is warm.

The road around Sole Park is under construction, so traffic is somewhat inconvenient. Still, don't miss the last autumn leaves and stop by to feel the mood of fall.

Foot Park has a well-maintained walking trail, so it’s great for people of all ages to enjoy a walk! Various flowers greet you in each season, and it’s easy to take a leisurely walk! You can even walk barefoot on Hwangtot Road! It is helpful to have information signs here and there so you can read poems and learn the names of trees. It's like a neighborhood room.

This is where I go to exercise about five times a week. It's a bit crowded recently because the trail is under construction, but it's still full of people exercising. When I run, I go through Banghakcheon to the vicinity of Jungnangcheon. Recommendation is brisk walking or running + slow walking along the Hwangtot Trail. Quick movements awaken the heart and muscles, massage the front of the soles through barefoot stimulation, and relax the body. I haven't seen anyone doing both together, so I highly recommend it ^^/

This is a Seoul-themed walking trail along Dodang-ro in Dobogu. It was selected as a history and culture trail called the Footsteps Trail, and nearby there are small ponds, the Kim Soo-young Literature Museum, and the Jeong Hyeong-pil House. It’s a gentle path that anyone can walk.
