I was a little confused because there was an error in the app related to inventory or pickup, but the staff kept coming for about 15 minutes and kept telling me that they were sorry. I went thinking there was nothing I could do, but I was surprised that they responded with more effort than I expected and were kinder. I go to Olive Young as if I were going to Sparrow Mill, but this is the first time I've seen such a friendly place.
