Our original consultation time was 2pm, but they suddenly called on the same day and asked if it could be postponed to 3pm. I couldn't resist urging and paid, and at the time of payment, they said I could definitely get a refund. Afterwards, when I requested a refund, they didn't give me a refund right away, saying I was scammed by a third party or what was the problem. I feel bad because they behaved so rudely from consultation to payment to refund.

I went to sign a contract before moving in, but manager Kim He deliberately called Manager X-Jin Cho and left. The manager also sent me a rough message of the discount amount without any explanation and told me to check it with that! Is the quote more expensive than Samsung Direct/Lotte Department Store true? It was insincere, unfriendly, and not cheap, so I just signed a contract with Lotback Samsung! Thanks to those two managers, I never have to go to Jamsil Hi-Mart again!!
