츠케맨 맛집입니당.. 들깨 츠케맨 먹었는데 후쿠오카 멘야카네토라 츠케맨이랑 비슷합니다! 담번에는 매콤한 맛으로 먹어야겠어요 헤헤 일반츠케맨+들깨츠케맨 = 23,000원 나왔습니당

정말 맛있고 다 좋았는데요... 면 삶으실 때 끓는 물 위에 김치통을 올리시는 행위를 보고, 그 면이 그대로 제 입에 들어오니 너무 불쾌했습니다ㅠㅠ 어떤 용도로 사용하시는 건지는 모르겠네요....

지인 추천으로 방문했습니다. 들깨 츠케멘1, 일반1 시켰습니다. 3월 29일 토요일 오후 12시 조금 넘어서 방문했는데, 자리가 널널했어요~ 주문은 키오스크로 합니다. 스프가 찐~하고 감칠맛이 좋아요~ 들깨가 들어서 엄청 고소하네요. 맛있게 먹는 방법에 따라서 먹어보니, 맛있네요! 면도 직접 만드시는건지~ 완전 쫄깃하고, 스프랑 잘어울립니다. 맛있게 먹는 방법에 나와있듯이 다시마 식초, 후추 등을 넣어서 먹으면 맛이 또 달라지더라구요? 맛있게 잘먹었습니다 ^^

츠케멘을 아주 찾아먹는 편은 아닌데 멘타카무쇼와 함께 츠케멘을 찾아먹게 만들어주는 곳 맛은 너무 맛있는데.. 사장님 한분이 모든 과정을 하시다보니 음식이 너무 늦게 나오는 것이 유일한 흠 ㅠ

When I first had it in Eunpyeong-gu it was SO good!! I'd go back whenever I could, then they opened in Hongdae so I finally visited again. Honestly I liked the tsukejiru from the Eunpyeong days way more — it had this savory katsuobushi-like flavor, salty-sweet goodness 😢 I can't forget that early taste... The current thick version is fine but there's a beany aftertaste that makes it feel a bit heavy. The chashu was great too — if they're sticking with soy chashu, torching it would boost the aroma and sizzle for customers. Loved the gopchang tsukemen from before too... miss it 🥲 Please bring back the OG tsukejiru!! Rooting for you to do even better from here — seeing how hard you've worked makes me want to cheer you on 😭
