It's great for lunch at work, and there are so many different varieties to choose from that it's fun to eat. The store is spacious, so it's even better because you don't have to wait!

It was nice to see that the store was clean from the entrance, and everyone from the owner to the people in the kitchen greeted us kindly. The food was delicious and the ramen had a lot of toppings so I was very full. When I told him that ramen requires rice, it was nice that he willingly provided me with rice as well.

The soup was rich and the noodles were chewy, so I enjoyed it! The store was clean and the staff were friendly, so I had a pleasant meal. I will visit again next time 😊

There was a lot of noodles and they were thin. I ate the ramen set with ultra amen + chashupa rice + fried dumplings. The dumplings were fried right away and were delicious, but the chashupa rice didn't seem to have sauce on the rice like other places, and the egg in the ramen was boring. The store was clean and nice.

I came here with high expectations after seeing 12 pieces of Blue Ribbon. It's nice that Gasan is quiet on the weekend. It was good because it wasn't too salty, but they give you something that can adjust the seasoning, so you can just season it and eat it.

I had Ultra Amen. I ordered it without knowing, but when I looked later, I saw the explanation on the side haha. The soup was rich. I have to try tonkotsu next time!

While on an outing to Gasan Digital Complex with my child, we stopped by the newly opened Kyushu Ultra Amen. As a store that has received the Blue Ribbon for 12 consecutive years, the store is clean and great for visiting with children. ​The tonkotsu shioraamen that I tasted first was perfect for a child who likes noodles as it retains the flavor of the beef bone but has a light aftertaste. The Tonkotsu Misora ​​Amen I chose was rich in the savory flavor of Japanese soybean paste and had a rich, umami flavor that relieved the fatigue of parenting. The highlight was the signature mini shrimp rice. The rice was filled with crispy fried small shrimp and the child was very happy and said, “It’s like a cookie.” The sweet and salty flavor of the special sauce went perfectly with the ramen broth. It was a happy meal as I was able to comfortably enjoy local Japanese flavors with my child in Gasan. ~^^

While deciding where to eat before a date with my husband, we spotted a ramen banner and wandered in almost by instinct. It’s tucked inside the building, so it’s hard to see from outside, and we had to do a little maze hunting to find it. It’s all the way in the back, but I liked how clean and fairly spacious it was, and we ordered a one-person set and one ramen. I was happy the food came out quickly. The broth was rich and impressive, and there were lots of toppings. There are lots of companies near my home, so many restaurants close, but I liked that they’re open on Saturdays too. I think I’ll come here often :)
