It was the most satisfying restaurant I've eaten in in a month. I especially had to eat potatoes. The meat and cuttlefish were delicious, but if you eat them with roasted garlic cloves, sauce, and potatoes, it's really disappointing.

It was my first visit after renovating the wine bar, and the interior, wood fire, smoke scent, and BGM were all the same! The ingredients for the sweet shrimp, herring, and cuttlefish that I order every time I visit are fresh and not fishy, ​​and the vegetables and sauce that come with them are perfect. The raw buckwheat noodles had the natural texture of buckwheat and a subtle smoky and perilla oil flavor. The grilled croaker had a chewy yet soft texture and the flavor of the sauce and herbs was a work of art! I was also impressed by the crispy texture of the deep-fried end of the black pork fat and the firm texture of the aged Korean beef served rare. Donghae Soju has disappeared, but I was happy that Sanjaewoo Sanpeumol, which is amazing to drink down your throat, still remains. I thought wine was a difficult and expensive drink, but I think I got closer because they explained things in an easy way and made kind recommendations. I was also impressed by the service while continuously inspecting the glass. I'll go again!
