I just found the receipt from last month's visit, so I'm writing a review now. It feels like I'm always coming home after enjoying delicious cocktails and a comfortable atmosphere!! The three volumes of Yeonnam Masil are a blessing. I was lucky enough to taste Hop House Orchard.🙆‍♂️

I went to Yeonnam Masil, which is located at the entrance of an alley at the end of Yeonnam. It's a small space, but the atmosphere is cozy, warm and cute. The Kavalan signature cocktail I drank here is the Formosa Mimosa. It is said to be named after Formosa, which Portuguese sailors first discovered Taiwan and called a beautiful island. It was as pretty as the name. It was an attractive cocktail with the soft sweetness of the mango, the acidity of the yuzu on top, and the unique nuance of matcha.

I tried Monthly Masil, which releases a new cocktail every month, and I was impressed by the really fresh, rich mango flavor and the variety of scents. The music was good, the atmosphere was good, and everything was good.

The first drink started with a refreshing gin fizz🌿 Next, I enjoyed the Formosa Mimosa, a Kavalan signature cocktail that I was curious about. This cocktail, created in the mimosa style by adding mango cordial, orange juice, white wine, and yuzu liquor to the Cavalan classic, will make you feel like you are in the beautiful and fragrant island of Formosa!! Martinez, who recommended this, enjoyed the second serve and finished off today’s drink😋

This is the bar of my life at the end of Yeonnam-dong. As soon as I entered, my heart was so warm thanks to the owner's warm hospitality. The moment I took a bite of the cocktail, I was surprised by how well-balanced it was. It was a glass of sincerity rather than just a glass of alcohol. I want to visit again with my friends soon!!
