I had time to enjoy ‘Hwachae’, a cocktail made with Kavalan base at my personal favorite Apgujeong Rodeo cocktail bar, Fine & Co. Everyone was really friendly, and it was fun to meet bartender Kim Myeong-jun, who recently won the bartending competition 🎁

The atmosphere is hot🔥 There are a lot of foreigners haha. I ordered a large cocktail and there were many flowers and many foreigners inside, so I felt like I was on a trip😂 Next time, I have to try other types of cocktails!

The traditional elements were not overdone, creating a good balance, and the color of this bar was clearly felt with just one glass. The passion fruit and picnic were delicious, and the basic side dish, chamnamul pesto, was also new. The space was low-light and calm, making it good for conversation, and as it was an award-winning space, the overall level of completion was high. The staff were all friendly and explained cocktails in a calm manner, which was nice. However, since it is a popular place, there may be a wait if you go late. The best choice for days when you want to experience a new cocktail.
