You can't try it on, and after purchasing it, information on exchange and refund is stamped on the receipt after payment, but there is no explanation as to why exchange or refund is not possible. The employees are unfriendly. The system that does not distinguish between customers and employees seems to be a problem. In particular, the employee with the tattoo next to the sideburns speaks in an unfriendly tone. I wish they would stop talking to me haha. The products are really good, but the employees are so unfriendly that I think they need employee training.

I bought the product because I liked it, but if the long-haired woman had explained it well, I wouldn't have made the employee uncomfortable. When I asked her to find the size of the product, why did she throw her pants in front of the customer? She said something to the employee next to her after she responded. Even if it wasn't about me, I think it would be better to complain behind the scenes. I didn't want to bother the staff going back and forth, so I tried to inquire about the exact size right away. If you're so embarrassed, I'll take care of the size now. Have a hard time in the future.
