I visited because it was new near my house!! The interior is so cute...the bungeoppang menu is very fresh☺️ I ordered matcha and douchokku bungeoppang🧆 I hope it's delicious,, black sesame flavor, matcha flavor, and pumpkin flavor? There are a lot of unique menu items, so I want to try other flavors next time😋 Mochi, as its name suggests, is chewy and delicious.. I will visit again next time💗💗

Normally, I don't like bungeoppang, but this place is so, so, so delicious that I can't help but leave a review. The chewy rice cake-like skin is really real.. The outside is crispy, so it feels like a butter cookie, and the filling is so generous. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled.

This is a bungeoppang specialty store that only sells bungeoppang. There are many different types, including classic red bean flavor, matcha bean paste flavor, Halloween pumpkin flavor, grandmother's black sesame flavor, and pea bean flavor. You may think how different this is from the ones sold on the street, but when you actually put it in your mouth, you can feel the depth of the taste. It doesn't get soggy even after a while, it's crunchy, and above all, it's rich in red beans. I don't remember eating bungeoppang with a lot of red beans these days, but eating it reminded me of the old days when they served a lot of red beans. The price for one classic red bean bun is 3,800 won. It's expensive, but I think it's reasonable if you compare it to regular bread, not street bungeoppang. Since they do not sell pre-made items and are cooked upon ordering, it may take some time. The inside of the store is designed with a Japanese retro feel. I was glad that Dragon Ball, which I enjoyed watching as a child, came out.

I finally tried the Mochi Mill butter rice cake that I've been seeing secretly on social media these days. It looks like a regular bungeoppang, but it is actually a mochi dessert made from glutinous rice dough, so the texture is completely different. It is baked in a mold that looks like a bungeoppang mold, but it is made of mochi dough rather than regular flour dough, so it feels like rice cake rather than bread.

Another attraction is that there are seats in the store, so you can enjoy a glass of beer. In a slightly dark alley, the yellow sign feels unusually bright, like a store from a fantasy novel :) There are also stickers, so I brought a few (so cute~~). I went to a mochi mill that is popular these days at Sungshin Women's University. They even packaged black sesame, pumpkin, matcha, and pea bean flavours, and wow… It was my first time trying it and I was really impressed with the taste and texture. It had a chewy yet soft texture and the bean paste inside was sweet and savory, so each one had a different charm. In particular, the taste of the bean paste was not overpowering, so I kept reaching for it. It's a place where you can immediately see why it's famous. I will definitely stop by again next time and try other flavors.
