예쁜 프렌치무드 속옷이 갖고싶은데 이태원에 쇼룸이 있어서 예약하고 다녀왔어요💗 예약제라 혼자 피팅해볼수있어서 넘 좋았고 속옷 퀄리티가 넘 좋고 편했어요 그리고 피팅룸이 너무 예쁘고 넓어요! 즐거운 시간이었습니다 쇼룸에서 구매하면 할인도 돼서 온 보람이 있네용

Second visit and second purchase~ The fit looked so good on me that I came back to buy one as a gift for a friend~~~ Wishing you lots of sales and Happy New Year~~~ Oh and I forgot to grab the small bra cap inserts this time~~~~

Being a first-time buyer I booked the showroom on the earliest Monday after the holidays to check sizing. But then a Chuseok sale started, so I asked if I could buy online first and then exchange in-store after checking sizes instead of getting it delivered — got the same answer as the attached photo, so I cancelled my online orders before they replied. But when I visited the store, the sale items I'd bought were completely out of stock, and most other showroom items were sold out in my size too. I said I wish I hadn't cancelled and asked if they could restore my orders, but they said stock was gone so it wasn't possible. They claim they mentioned stock might run out, but they never said that — I just followed staff instructions and ended up wasting my trip and feeling awful.
