Breakfast is a waste of money. Are you not improving it? The room is not bad, but the breakfast restaurant is the worst.

Everything was good except the parking lot. The facilities are clean and comfortable!

Lotte L7 located in the center of Seolleung, Gangnam! It was my first time staying here, and I rested comfortably for two nights because the bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was good! The room condition is clean and the staff are friendly. This is a place I want to stay next time I come to Seoul~~

I use Gangnam L7 Hotel every year during the holidays~~!! The staff is very friendly and the interior of the rooms is clean and modern. The soundproofing is good and parking is easy, so I often use it with my family. Also, the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom smell good and are really soft! Breakfast is also available at a reasonable price, so it is cost-effective 👍 Also, Seolleung Station is right in front and COEX is at the subway stop, so it is the best location for public transportation~!! This is a hotel that satisfies everything~~^^

Breakfast was the worst. Arrived at 9:40 and half of the food was empty. The coffee machine was broken so it was all on the cup. The deadline is 10 o'clock, but the scrambled eggs are put back in at 9:58, but the salami and cheese are not added until the end. And when I reached the handle of the spatula, I put it in the rice bowl. It was a total of 5 nights and I experienced this situation two days in a row. And when the waiter told the kitchen that there was a customer complaint coming in from outside, the chef must have gotten angry and started yelling. I don't even think about the fact that there are customers outside.
