I ordered two dishes and ate one meal, and I was satisfied with everything. It was good because the seasoning was just right and not too much.

The food is delicious, but it's really hot. When I asked to cool down, they said that the temperature of the air conditioner has been unable to be lowered since construction began?? The remote control doesn't work?? It felt like it was over 25 degrees, but they said they couldn't lower it to 18 degrees, but it felt like it was over 25 degrees at all! I don't understand. I'm also a business person, and they cool it down before customers come in. I didn't go during opening hours, and I was eating hot menu items during lunch, but it was too hot. I think there's an urgent need for improvement. Other tables were also hot, so I think I'll have to go after summer.

When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, they said there was no Wi-Fi in the store. It was very inconvenient to use the store. When I went into the settings, the Wi-Fi in the store was working really well, and although it is a tab screen ordering system, the Wi-Fi in the store tab seemed to be working well. I felt puzzled that you didn't tell me. And it was really hot in the store and it was frustrating. Even though it's over 30 degrees in the summer, they seem to turn the air conditioner on really low and turn the fan on a lot. I ate the menu as ordered.

This was my first time visiting Chaal Gasan Public Branch. The concept is said to be American Chinese. There seem to be several stores, but this is my first time at Chaal. Although the store was not very spacious, they kindly re-set the table so that our group of 5 could sit. I added a cost-effective set menu (sweet and sour pork + black bean noodles + fried rice), chow mein, and dried garlic eggplant shrimp. The fried rice and black bean noodles were somewhat ordinary, but the taste itself was good. The sweet and sour pork was crispy without any odor, and the red onion slices and dried strawberry flakes added extra flavor. Chow mein is good, but I just like Jjajangmyeon better. The dried garlic eggplant shrimp are so large that they have to be cut into pieces. The crispy fries and various ingredients mixed with the sauce were quite well balanced. Of course, the signature menu!!

Chaal is an American Chinese restaurant, so there are many delicious dishes that you can't find in regular Chinese restaurants, and the prices are reasonable compared to high-end Chinese restaurants. Especially the fried eggplant shrimp... (I can't remember the name), it's so delicious. The eggplant was filled with shrimp instead of pork, so it was less greasy and the crunchy texture went well with the sweet and sour sauce. I want to go again to eat eggplant shrimp^^

Chaal is famous for its Chinese-American food specialty.💕 This was my first time going to the Gasan branch, and it was really delicious! In particular, be sure to eat “General So Chicken.” It’s absolutely delicious!!! 👍 The service was friendly and great, so I had a pleasant meal!

The Jjajangmyeon was hard to eat because it was cold and I couldn't digest it. I had to go to work right away, so I ate, came out right away, took fire extinguishing supplies, and went to work. It seemed to be a pre-made jjajang sauce rather than freshly made food, and it seemed like it wasn't boiled again before serving.
