I went there because the grass playground was large and looked nice, but there was a lot of poop and a few dogs, but they were all off-leash;; Even though it is written here and there that you must keep your dog on a leash and collect his/her waste, it seems like they have decided tacitly among themselves to let their dogs out and play. I thought it was a dog park.
