2026년 1월 29일 오후 3시경, 자라 용산 아이파크몰점 여성 피팅룸에서 바지 2벌과 상의 1벌을 피팅했습니다. 피팅 후 바지 2벌은 구매하지 않아 안내에 따라 피팅룸 앞 정리 공간에 두었는데, 해당 상황에서 여성 직원이 주변 고객들에게 들릴 정도로 여러 차례 크게 한숨을 쉬는 행동을 했습니다. 구매 여부와 관계없이 피팅은 매장에서 제공하는 서비스인데, 이런 반응을 보이니 상당히 불쾌했고 솔직히 다음에는 피팅 자체가 부담스럽게 느껴졌습니다. 고객이 무안을 느낄 수 있는 태도는 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 직원 응대 교육에 대한 재점검을 요청드립니다.
