아이들도 같이 마실 수 있는 음료가 있어 좋아요. 좌석이 많아 편리했고 음료가 빨리 나와요.

매장이 넓고 편안한 좌석도 좋으네요 다만 실내 화장실이 남여공용 입니다. 참고 하시면 좋을듯요

음료 테이크 아웃일 때 밖에서 가져가기 편하게 주시는거 너무 좋아요 근데 왜 음료 주실 때 번호 쓴 다음에 돔뚜껑 안에 손가락을 넣고 옮기시나요ㅜ 불쾌 내 음료에서 손가락 빼줘요

겨울 신메뉴 먹으러 왔는데 다 맛있네요!!! 손님 많아도 빨리 나와서 좋아요~~

진짜 쉴새없이 바쁘신데도 너무너무 친절하게 응대해 주셨고 음료도 엄청 빨리나왔어요!! 음료를 조금 흘려서 냅킨 받으러 갔을때도 웃으면서 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 주셨어요!! 어떻게 이렇게 바쁘고 정신없는데도 다들 이렇게 친절하신지 감탄했을 정도입니다!! 음료도 엄청 맛있었고 매장도 엄청 청결했어요!! 분위기도 따듯하고 좋아서 친구들과도 자주 오고있는데 매번 친절해서 너무 감사해서 리뷰씁니당 ㅎㅎ 행복하세요💕💕

The staff here have zero manners. I ordered and waited but they didn't even start making my drink — then when they finally started making something, I thought it was the order ahead of me, but nope — it was their own drink. Took a sip, then lazily started on mine. Had a sour expression the whole time. Extremely unpleasant.

Mega Coffee Hongdae branch is crowded as expected, but the drinks come out pretty fast, so I really like it! I ordered a smoothie and had to wait a bit, but if you just get coffee, waiting isn't much of an issue. The Real Choco Frappe tastes like a rich Papico flavor!
