In Seongsu-dong, you could feel the warmth much hotter than the daytime temperature of 19 degrees thanks to the vitality of people wandering around looking for their own colors even among the large crowds. Isn’t that harmonious disorder, the new sensations painted over the old, the reason why people come to Seongsu-dong? Daelim Warehouse Gallery and Onion Seongsu, these places that preserve the sensibility of rough-textured concrete and rusty iron gates, best show the identity of Seongsu-dong. We were able to see how popular this crude upcycling culture, which we considered everyday life, had become to people around the world. Dior Holy Water was shining like a glass castle from the future. Seeing many people taking commemorative photos in front of the elaborate exterior confirmed that Seongsu-dong has become a mecca of global fashion. Seongsu Yeonbang, where brands with different personalities come together, was also fun.
When I visited the Seongsu-dong cafe street, I immediately felt why the ‘Seongsu sensibility’ was famous. There are cafes with different atmospheres lined up in every alley, so it's fun to discover new spaces every time you walk. There was a variety of places to choose from, from large roastery cafes to cute dessert shops, so it was nice to choose one to suit your taste. I was also satisfied with the fact that it was not as complicated as I thought and the rotation was quick so I was able to take my seat comfortably. In particular, there are many cafes with many window seats, making it easy to relax even if you come alone, and there are many perfect places to take pictures. The overall quality of desserts and drinks is high, so it feels like there is a low chance of failure no matter which restaurant you go to. I definitely want to visit again next time because it is a place that can change your mood even if you just look around slowly, like taking a walk.
I took a look around and saw the giant face mask(?) of Seongsu, but since it was still under construction, it didn't seem to be completed. It was so huge that it felt cool, and I was quite excited. Dior is very famous. This area is even cooler when it gets a little dark. I heard that a new donut shop recently opened, and there are also novel menu items like bossam donuts. At first glance, intuitively, I don't expect the taste, but if I think about it, it doesn't seem to be much different from burgers or sandwiches. First of all, the name caught my eye. There is a unique salt bakery called Betong. It is said to be under construction starting today for the month of December. It is a delicious place, so I will go there again when it is finished... It is a shame that they do not sell the natural salt bread individually, but it is very delicious. Decibel is cheap and delicious at 1,900 won, but the wait is so tight that I think I will have to wait until it gets quiet.

There are many things to see and the buildings are pretty.
There is a stamp at the Seongsu Tourist Information Center near Exit 1 of Seongsu Station. Seongsu-dong has many handmade art galleries and cafes. If you go a little further, there is Seoul Forest, where you can take good pictures.
I went to a hot place and the young people were full of energy.

On weekends, Seongsu-dong's café strip is a place where you just surrender to the waves of people. The street scene — locals and tourists all mixed together — goes beyond busy; it's almost dizzying. Swimming through that giant whirlpool of trends, discovering sensory objects and little bites of flavor — that's what keeps pulling you back. ♤ Highlights from today's visit ㆍ[Gentle Monster] — a bold visual philosophy that never fails to shock ㆍ[Musinsa] — is this whole street just Musinsa's backyard? Their expansion is relentless ㆍ[Blue Elephant] — a massive media-art installation that dominates the ground floor ㆍ[Daelim Changgo Gallery] — the iconic café that defines Seongsu's identity ㆍ[Jayeondo Salt Bread] — lines that are absolutely insane ㆍ[Seongsu Yeonbang] — a transformed old chemical factory, the essence of a mixed-use cultural space
