I heard that it was a bakery run by a person who appeared on Cheonha Bakery, so I was curious and almost went without thinking, but after reading the review, I heard that number tickets close before 7 a.m. on weekdays, so I hesitated. I arrived at 7 o'clock and was the 43rd person. The bottom line is that the quality is so good that I don't regret waiting at all. There is a purchase limit of 5 items per person, so I bought salt ciabatta, green ciabatta, fig campagne, pollack roe baguette, and chocolate ciabatta. It was number 43, and the onion basil cream cheese ciabatta is already sold out and they say they won't be making whole wheat bread for the time being. The overall bread has a texture somewhere between bread and rice cake, so it's quite moist and chewy. It's healthy, but delicious, and it tastes like a lot of sincerity and care was put into each and every bread. Personally, I felt like a tyrant chef and a cooking king Biryong the moment I ate the bread. I recommend it as a steamed ciabatta restaurant.

I was lucky every time. I couldn't wait in line, but I tried the salt ciabatta with the remaining quantity, successfully made a reservation on Naver twice, and was able to buy only the menu items I wanted to eat yesterday. Be sure to eat hard bread. The bread is more delicious than Campagne.

There is an advantage to writing a review a few days later rather than right away. I put the leftover bread in the freezer and take it out to eat it, but even if it goes in and out of the freezer, it doesn’t… I felt that water-milk bread was different, and I’m glad to be able to share this fact. Salt ciabatta is not tasty when it comes out of the freezer, and there is no difference between campagne and fig campagne. They are almost equally delicious. The waiting line on the weekend was amazing. My companion and I got two pieces of salt ciabatta, but they disappeared in an instant. Chocolate ciabatta - the first of its kind (meaning the world's best chocolate bread). It was full of chocolate and rich in a light, bitter cacao flavor, so it was just pleasantly sweet. Hard toast - this is crazy. It's so soft, but the texture is alive, dense, and delicious... It's best when lightly toasted and topped with jam.

This is my second visit. I went between 6:15-20 and got number 3 at around 7:17. They told me to come by 9:50, so I went home again. They were busy, but they were still friendly. I bought salt ciabatta kaya butter, salt ciabatta ciabatta sandwich, fig campagne, and my favorite was kaya butter. The texture of the bread can be crunchy, right? I really liked the combination of kaya jam and butter. All the breads are healthy and light. I will go to buy kaya butter again next month.

I was often left unimpressed by famous restaurants because my expectations were high and I was disappointed, but Sumil's taste exceeded my expectations. I think I know why the bottom of the salt ciabatta is so delicious. How can ciabatta be so crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside? I wonder if the bread I ate so far was fake ㅠㅠ I want to eat more, but it's so popular that it's like a mirage ㅠㅠ Boss, please make healthy bread for a long time. It should become a living cultural asset haha.

I received number 49 around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday. Go at 10:50 and enter the store as a group of 5-6 people. Fortunately, I bought 5 items: salt ciabatta, green olive, chocolate/pollack roe baguette, and walnut raisin campagne. (The Earl Gray was sold out right in front of me...ㅠ) I tried it before it aired... and even though I know the taste, it's still delicious. It didn't bother me and I didn't feel bloated. The basil onion cream cheese is my favorite and I hope they come back.
