I went to the water park for a day without staying at the hotel, but I think it would be nice to use the hotel and the outdoor water park in the summer. The jjimjilbang and spa facilities are also good.

Pizza cheese sticks are the most cost-effective.

After using Island Castle Water Park, I used the underground restaurant!! Compared to the price, the quantity is too small and it seems very poor quality.

One-line review: An urban water park reopened after 5 years! Awesome fun!! Island Castle was so fun to reopen after 5 years after Corona!! I really wanted to come because it was close to my house, and I was so happy to see you again! Since I came at the very beginning of opening, I was able to leisurely ride the attractions and eat comfortably. The jjimjilbang facilities were pretty good, so I was satisfied as a family recreation facility! :)

Disappointing points: Front desk response: I was disappointed with the initial error and inappropriate response from the front desk. Facilities were inconvenient: The lighting was dark and it was difficult to work. The TV connection was not smooth. Because it was centrally heated, it was inconvenient to control the heating and cooling. Satisfactory points: Room condition: The interior and bedding of the assigned room were very good. I sleep well. Cleanliness: Every corner was neatly organized during cleaning. Location and convenience: Convenient to public transportation and perfect for relaxation. Friendliness: Most of the staff are proactive and friendly. Value: There is a lot of content to enjoy, so it is a good hotel for a family trip. It is a great hotel for the price. ​At the beginning of the holidays, I went to Island Castle Water Park with my family! The facilities are clean and diverse, from a lazy river to a spa, so it's great for people of all ages to enjoy.
