밴드를 구매하러 방문했다가 불편한 경험을 해서 리뷰 남깁니다. 매장 입구에 제가 현재 사용 중인 칫솔이 진열되어 있어 잠시 둘러보려고 들어갔습니다. 들어가자마자 필요하신 것이 무엇인지 물으셔서 “조금 둘러보겠습니다”라고 말씀드렸습니다. 그런데 제가 자리를 옮길 때마다 계속 무엇이 필요한지 재차 물으셔서 편하게 둘러보기가 어려웠습니다. 약국에서 판매 중인 제품을 확인하고 다음에 구매하려는 생각이었는데, 마지막에는 “왜 둘러보냐, 약국이 구경하는 곳이냐”는 말씀까지 하셔서 당황스럽고 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 제가 매장에서 30~40분을 서 있으면서 영업을 방해한 것도 아니고, 오늘 처음 방문해서 진열된 약품들을 둘러본 것뿐입니다. 10분 정도 있었나요. 결국 밴드만 서둘러 결제하고 나왔습니다.
