The Maljukgeori Neighborhood Park construction project was promoted between the Family Court and Maljukgeori Intersection, and the construction of the park in District 1 along Gangnam-daero was completed at the end of the previous year. A U-shaped community center building will be built at the entrance plaza, and the hill will be decorated with flowers and trees to minimize damage to nature, and will be reborn as a resting place for residents. Because it is still closed to the general public, it is not possible to directly see the changes in the park above the community center.

Maljukgeori Neighborhood Park has finally opened near Yangjae Station, a key location in Gangnam. As a neglected space in the city center was reborn as a green rest area for citizens, it was praised as an exemplary example of urban regeneration beyond the creation of a park. A barrier-free trail was created so that even those with limited transportation access could climb to the top of the hill, and a wildflower complex and rest plaza were created where people can enjoy seasonal flowers. A modern-designed bench harmonizes with a sculpture (Celestial Horse of the Winds) symbolizing a place where horses once rested. We have also created state-of-the-art outdoor fitness equipment and a spacious activity space to enable fitness in the forest. An observatory and meditation rest area have been created at the best viewpoint in the park, allowing you to see the Gaepo-dong apartment complex and Guryong Mountain in the distance.
