The meat is so soft and the combination of lean meat and fat is the best. It just melts in your mouth, probably because there are a lot of cuts. I had to wait about an hour because there weren't many stores, but as soon as I took a bite of the meat, I understood the wait. Even if I made a reservation, I had to wait. Every single side dish was delicious, and the cucumber salad was truly a work of art. The best.

Kaljip Pork Belly Restaurant The meat is really soft and delicious. The 2-person set came with alcohol and rice, and it was very tasty. The side dishes were all delicious. Perilla leaves, kimchi, and red pepper seasoning? Everything was good. But I don't usually feel the greasy taste of pork, but I kept thinking that it was greasy. I think I should eat it with other refreshing side dishes. Oh, and I think the interior design was really well done. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really good.
