합정에서 가는 이자카야 중에 넘버원 입니다 갈 때마다 둘이서 200,000원치 씩 먹고 오는데.. 모든 계절 메뉴가 다 맛있고 뭘 먹을지 모르겠을 때는 사시미 모리아와세 랑 아나고 덴뿌라 드시면 됩니다. 모든 메뉴가 다 맛있으니까 처음 가시면 메뉴 추천을 요청 드려도 됩니다 :)

모둠사시미, 아나고덴뿌라, 부타노카쿠니, 카키후라이, 호르몬도후 뿌시고 왔어요...! 삿포로 생맥이랑 같이 먹어도 맛있고, 남자친구는 우미를 언더락으로 같이 곁들였는데 튀김류랑 잘 어울린다고 하더라구요!! 분위기도 좋고, 가성비도 좋아서 데이트나 2차 술집으로 좋아용ㅎㅎ

이제까지 접한 이자카야중 최고의 이자카야! 친구생일날 일부러 또 왔어요. 사시미 너무 ~~~ 진짜 맛있어서 둘이와서 중자주문. 대자 주문할걸 그랬어요. 진짜 비린내 하나도 없고, 식감까지 완벽한! 소금에 사시미가 존맛도리라니 이제암 ㅠㅠ 또와도 감동인곳 드문데 너무 맛있어요!!!! 치쿠와우동 무조건 드세요⭐️ 진짜 국물이며 오뎅튀김 쫄깃 우동사리까지 너무맛있어요ㅠㅠㅠ 제가 느끼는 최애메뉴에요ㅠㅠㅠ!!!!!!!!! 야끼교자도 두툼하니 너무 맛있네요! 힣💛🧡 사장님 ㅠㅠ 부디 후토마키, 초밥 이런것듀 해주세요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

오랜만에 방문한 카에루, 메뉴 하나하나 다 맛있고 분위기도 여전히 좋아요. 안주 구성 알차고 술도 깔끔해서 친구랑 오래 이야기하며 즐기기 딱이었습니다.

Didn't take photos... It wasn't bad, but my current boyfriend and I first dated here back in '22 and I really miss the chefs from back then who made me fall in love with aged sashimi. The flavor wasn't the same. Regulars will notice right away — the 2-person aged sashimi plate got noticeably smaller, the signature smoky char flavor was gone, and that sea cucumber intestine dipping sauce they used to serve with the sashimi is gone too. Most of all, the sesame leaf sauce with seaweed that came as a basic side was truly the star of stars. Where did all the previous chefs go? ㅠㅠ I'm so disappointed...

Recently upgraded Hapjeong-dong's best izakaya #Kaeru (5 stars). Sad that they no longer serve soju, but they have nihon-shochu, sake, and whisky so... The daily specials change based on freshness — the raw mackerel sashimi was incredible that day, and the sashimi moriawase was top-tier as usual. The legendary saba-chahang was great and it felt less crowded than before. Bottom line: if you want great Japanese food with drinks, there's nowhere better.

Sorry boss... I never have photos... I eat like 100,000 won per person worth here, that's how insanely good it is.. If you don't know what to order, get the sashimi moriawase and anago tempura.. Honestly everything you order is delicious... Hands down the #1 izakaya in Hapjeong... Seriously the best, just come. Don't waste time asking questions..

You don't need to watch *Culinary Class Wars* ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I've been coming here over and over since around 2016! I couldn't go for a while because of pregnancy and childbirth, but I kept craving Kaeru, so I went at Christmas, and it was pure emotion 😃 Maybe because of the renovation, the atmosphere is much better than before, and I liked that the menu is built like a Japanese izakaya with small plates. Thanks to the always-consistent owner, I had a great time. This is a place I always bring people I like! It never misses ㅋㅋ Come see for yourself!! Highly recommend 😝
