Good value, and I like the Ssaiburger, so I come here often, but the service was confusing. On this day in particular, it seemed like they suddenly got busy around the time we went. After waiting about 15 minutes, the screen showed 48 instead of 148. I wondered if it was our number, so I hesitated for a moment, but as soon as 149 came up I went right away. Then they got annoyed with us, saying they had called us three times and asking why we were so late, and that doing things like that would keep the food from coming out on time. I don't think hesitating because the wrong number was displayed, or going right away within 10 seconds, was something to get that upset about, but they treated us like troublemakers right in front of us, so I was pretty taken aback. I think I'll go to a different branch from now on.
