Went to check out a car, ended up test driving and signing a contract on the spot. Took about 2 weeks to pick it up — the car was ready earlier but I needed time to sort out my old one. Staff was friendly and nice, but they only seem to care up until delivery. Didn't even send the year-end calendar or anything.
