It's friendly and there are a lot of places to eat nearby, but it's not soundproofed, there's noise between floors, you can't eat or drink in the room, and the TV doesn't work well.

It's somewhere between a hotel and a motel. In fact, it seems closer to a motel. You can't eat in the room, and the soundproofing isn't really good. You can hear the water upstairs, the sound of running, and the sound of chairs being pulled. The TV didn't broadcast properly, although it may have been just the room we stayed in. The service was a bit disappointing for the price, but the location was highly satisfactory.
