독특한 메뉴가 보여서 방문을 해보았습니다. 식은 면과 꼭 된장 뚝배기 같은 국물에 같이 나오네요. 면을 국물에 찍어서 먹는 방법입니다. 쫄깃쫄깃한 면이 맛있네요. 종류는 단순해서 전문성이 느껴집니다

일요일 2시쯤 갔는데 웨이팅 없이 입장했어요. 공영주차장에 주차하면 바로 옆이고 주차비는 지원 안되지만 공영주차장이라 저렴해요. 매장이 작고 자리가 몇개 안되지만 깨끗하고 예뻐요. 모츠츠케멘 먹었는데 너무 맛있었어요. 소곱창이 많이 들어있어서 좋았어요. 달걀이랑 차슈도 부드럽고 맛있어요.

츠케멘을 정말 좋아하는데 한국에는 하는데가 많지 않다. 그런데 마침 강남역에 새로 생긴걸 발견하여 찾아가봄. 기본 츠케멘 시켰는데 면은 탱글하니 좋고 국물이 보글보글 끓어 나와서 비주얼적인 만족도가 높았다. 국물은 약간 매콤한 느낌이 살짝 가미되어있다. 기본으로 토핑이 계란, 멤마, 챠슈, 김이 다 들어있는 프리미엄급 구성임. 국물은 일본 대비 약간 묽은편이나 잘 저어먹으면 염도가 잘 올라옴. 그리고 뚝배기에 끓어 나와서 다 먹을때까지 뜨거윰을 유지한 점이 매우 좋았음. 다 먹고 스프와리 가능한가 여쭤보니, 와리스프 주전자 갖다주시고 밥도 따로 챙겨주심. 생활반경에 츠케멘집 생긴게 너무 좋고 맛도 있어서 꾸준히 올 생각

츠케멘먹고싶어소 방문했어요! 작년에 오사카에서 먹고 한국에서 처음먹는데 그때먹었을때보다 더맛있네요🤤👍👍 소곱창들어간 츠케멘먹었는데 국물이 진하고 고소하고 곱창도맛나요ㅠㅠ 면은 쫀득하고 고기도 부드럽고!! 재방문각인 강남역 맛집입니더💛

작년에 오사카 가서 먹었던 츠케멘이 너무 맛있어서 비슷한 츠케멘을 찾아 다녔는데 여기 진짜 맛있네요 소곱창이 들어간 츠케멘은 처음인데 쫄깃하고 간도 딱 맞아서 좋았어요 다음에 또 올거 같아요!

요런방식에 라멘은 처음 먹어봤는데 맛있습니다 소스에 버무려서 취향에 맞게 레몬도 같이 짜셔 먹으면 맛있습니다 소곱창 츠케멘 추천드립니다 비리지 않고 곱이 가득 차있어서 아주 좋습니다 추천드립니다

I came here once before and it was so good that I came back haha. It's still the best tsukemen I've had in Korea. Every time I try somewhere else and it doesn't work out, I end up coming back like a salmon lol. It's really delicious. The chashu is good, and the egg is really tasty too.

This is one of the ramen shops that recently opened near Gangnam Station and Sinnonhyeon Station. Out of the three places I knew about, including this one, this one was decent, unlike the others. Since ramen shops often get better after opening, I’d like to come back later and see how it changes.

Tsukedo, the new tsukemen specialty shop near Gangnam Station :) I tried the beef intestine since it's their signature. First thing — the portion is HUGE ㅎㅎ There's also a ton of intestine and meat inside the dipping broth, and the chashu is thick and big, total guy-food vibes ㅎㅎ The flavor isn't greasy at all — it's got a pleasant spice and a deep, rich taste that really brings out the tsukemen. The noodles are super springy, and dipping them briefly in the broth gives you this refreshing yet savory essence of tsukemen! I love wrapping things in seaweed ㅎㅎ so I asked for some on the side — apparently you need to add it upfront — but they happily gave it as a compliment and that genuinely touched me. The staff are so kind and explain everything well :) Only downside is the wait — word has gotten out ㅎㅎ Next time I'll bring my wife :)!!

The only place in Gangnam serving beef tripe ramen — I finally made it out here. Ordered the motsu tsukemen (spicy) in medium. The noodles were chewy and the rich, nutty flavor of the beef tripe was really something. Definitely worth a visit if you're a ramen fan.
