Even though it was just before break time, they welcomed us and we enjoyed our meal. I have to stop by every time I pass by.

This is a long-established restaurant specializing in fermented raw fish near Seoksu Station, “a mecca for local drinkers.” It is famous for the meals and aged raw fish served by the chef who is an expert in Japanese cuisine, so it seems that many of the customers are from a nearby bar. The 80,000 won assorted raw fish comes with about 12 types of seasonal fish, including yellowtail, and the course includes grilled head and sea cucumber sea squirt. Well-aged sashimi does not have the umami flavor, and since soup is not included, it cannot be said to be cost-effective, but it tastes good. For lunch, there are menu items such as sushi and soup, and the sashimi style is more like authentic Japanese food rather than the izakaya style that is popular these days, so I recommend it if you want to eat Japanese food well prepared by an expert.

I came here to eat Daegutang before, but there were a lot of people eating raw fish at the store, so this time we came to eat raw fish. I could see why people eat raw fish. I had a small amount of assorted raw fish, and it was good because the raw fish was diverse and fresh.

I heard that the raw fish soup was delicious, so I drove over an hour from Pyeongtaek despite the rain. It was as delicious as I heard. There was a lot of portions, the somen was chewy, the side dishes were neat, and the owner was very kind. I enjoyed it very much. They also serve it in the winter, so I will have to use it often.

This place is run by the mother of my son's best friend. My son said it was really delicious so we had it for a family gathering. I visited at 4:30 p.m. and all but two tables were occupied, and by about 6 p.m., all tables were occupied by reservation guests. The food overall is evenly satisfactory. It was a great place to fully experience the food philosophy of a professional chef from the hotel. They say that the main type of raw fish is aged raw fish. The mackerel is deliciously grilled without any fishy smell. Shrimp tempura is the epitome of soft on the outside. The sauce is also very good! The last dish, Daegu Jiritang, neatly sums up all the food we ate earlier. I'm not posting this because it's an acquaintance's house, but I sincerely recommend you go there once. The owner treats each and every customer with sincerity, and since it is an open kitchen, cleanliness is top notch.

The owner, a master Korean food chef, always welcomes you warmly. The owner chef, who specializes in hotel Japanese cuisine, has tremendous skill and taste. There are a ton of sashimi-related foods, but I highly recommend the steamed cod, which is spicy and has a great seasoning that will make you stop chopping with your chopsticks^^! This is my wife’s number one stress relief food. The side dishes that come with it are not typical, but taste like something a country grandmother would make, bringing out the savory flavor. A restaurant where you can imagine the food as three-dimensional while eating it. After reading the reviews, I was worried that if there were too many customers, we wouldn't have room to sit, but I still highly recommend Fusion Wasabi where you can eat precious and delicious food together ^^!

Fresh and delicious

Wasabi is something I want to visit at least once a week, and my mouth is watering even as I write this. It was my first time visiting on a weekday evening, so my wife and I went on a special steamed cod date. Steamed cod and monkfish made with Fusion Wasabi’s special sauce are the ultimate in savory flavor. The owner's recommendation to make sure to take the remaining sauce and eat it with fried rice is a special benefit that goes beyond the laziness of being full. Even if you don't have any special food preparation skills, you can shake it in a heated pan with leftover cold rice from the refrigerator. To finish, add sesame oil, seaweed powder, and sesame seeds and eat it. Steamed cod and fried rice are really easy to make. The thought of going to breakfast on a rainy Saturday makes me feel very happy. I look forward to the consideration of the owner, who always welcomes me warmly like home-cooked food. For a better and healthier life than now ^^!
